COVID-19 - an update from GillyBee

As a valued customer we would like to update you on the situation related to the COVID-19 outbreak which we are sure you are aware of. Now more than ever, it is important that we continue to craft and we also need to make sure we have enough in our stash to keep it up if shops are forced to close!

Staff Guidelines

We would like you to know that all staff are following a strict hygiene and cleaning regime in the shop and workshop areas. We are following government guidelines for handwashing etc, so please continue to use our shop for as long as you can. We will do our best to survive through this. If anyone is showing symptoms of the corona virus we would ask politely that you do not come into the shop — you should, of course, follow government guidelines in this situation and we wish you and your family well.
We will remain open, normal hours of 9–5.30, Tuesday–Saturday.

Workshops and Classes

Unfortunately for the time being we have cancelled classes. Please sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Facebook for updates.

Order by Telephone or On-line

We do have an extensive website with most of the items we sell in the shop being online. If you would prefer not to come to the shop, we are more than happy to post your order. Please give us a call, we will need the full description of the item, and we will put your order together straight away. For people living in Brundall or Blofield we are happy to deliver your order by hand once the shop is closed – this service is free of charge. If you require an order to be sent further afield we have a £3.50 charge for all orders, orders over £50 free postage.
We also have an online ordering system – orders received by 3pm will be dealt with same day.

Click and Collect

If you wish you can also arrange a ‘click and collect’ order free of charge, just order online and pay for your order as usual, but select Click and Collect as the delivery method. We will get your order ready for you to collect next day between 10am and 2pm, Tuesday to Friday. If your order is urgent you can telephone the shop with your order and arrange a collection time over the phone.

Collecting Your Order

Orders can be collected from the rear door of the shop which is situated at the back of the car park. You are more than welcome to telephone the shop when you are in the car park and we will bring out your order. Please respect social distancing guidelines when collecting your order.

Please Stay Safe

Please stay safe and most important of all, keep sewing, knitting and crocheting!
