I am pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders of £60.00 or more. Orders under £60.00 are charged at a flat rate of £3.50
All of my items will be securely packaged and posted via Royal Mail delivery service. This delivery service covers the United Kingdom and delivery times are usually 1-3 days.
Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 global pandemic, we are not offering delivery outside the UK. We hope to resume International deliveries as soon as we can, sorry for this incovenience. If you live outside the United Kingdom and would like to make a purchase, please contact me letting me know which items you would like to purchase and I will give you a shipping cost prior to you placing an order. I can also send you a PayPal invoice including shipping if you require.
All items are posted within 48 hours of the order and payment being received (most are posted the next day). Please note that we only post during normal shop opening hours - please see the What's New page for revised seasonal opening hours
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please contact me to let me know.
I will be only too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that due to Health and Hygiene regulations, refunds cannot be given on earrings, also, unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable. If you are unsure about anything, please contact me before ordering.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused condition, within 14 days of purchase. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or similar tracking information if using a courier when returning an item and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The original cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item.
All goods are sent out in brand new condition but if for some reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty I will of course refund or replace the goods for you. Please contact me to notify me of your intention to return goods within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund etc will be made once goods are returned and received.
