Terms and Conditions

Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of being received and payment being confirmed (unless otherwise specified in the item description). In some cases, orders may be delayed due to stock issues or if it is a bespoke item, but this will be notified at the time of ordering. I will e-mail you as soon as possible and let you know the likely despatch date of any such orders. All orders are sent by Royal Mail's delivery service and should reach you within 2 to 5 working days (generally 1-3 days) from despatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipment
Please contact me if there is an issue with the delivery of your order. If there is damage to your parcel you should try to take a photograph of the damage for proof. A parcel is not deemed lost in transit until 14 working days after date of despatch.

Cancellations and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order without reason within seven working days after receipt of the goods for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original carriage). Goods returned must be complete and unused in the original unopened packaging. The cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer. Please contact me to arrange a refund.
You will be required to return the item to me in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please do not return an item without contacting me and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. My return address  is: GillyBee Designs, 2 Cucumber Lane, Brundall, Norwich, NR13 5QY. Any item not in its original, resaleable condition when received back, will not be liable for a refund.

Return of Faulty Goods
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item you ordered, I will pay for the postage of the item and arrange replacement or refund. In the event of this occurring, please contact me and I will contact you with return instructions. Please do not return an item without contacting me and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. Please note that any custom, bespoke or personalised item is not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned unless it is faulty (see paragraph above for return information in the case of a fault). This applies to any cut item - fabric by the metre or fat quarter, ribbon - a custom-made item such as, but not limited to, a cushion, animal, item of clothing - where this item has been cut/made to order/made to customer specifications. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate any specific requirements prior to commencement of any custom work. I will not be responsible for any errors due to customer non- or miscommunication and in such cases no refund will be payable.

Privacy and Data Protection
I hold data on customers and orders to allow me to perform my transactions (see my Privacy Policy). Financial transactions are processed externally from the site via Paypal which means that I neither see nor store any financial data such as credit card/debit card numbers. Your details are only held for the purposes of fulfilling your order - you may request your information be removed from our system by writing to me at the address supplied on the contact page.

Trading Name
GillyBee Designs and GillyBee are trading names of Gillian Thomas-Wright.
